Synelle enables connections to third-party platforms including Instagram (Meta), TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook. By authorizing these integrations:

  • You confirm that you have the legal right to connect and share data from those accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synelle and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

You may also choose to delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  • Email Requests: If you are unable to access the Platform, you may submit an account deletion request to privacy@synelle.io. We will process such requests within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Platform. Continued use of Synelle after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
