4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
Synelle connects to external platforms including Instagram (Meta), TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook via OAuth 2.0. When you authorize these connections:
- We request only read-only access scopes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Access tokens are stored securely and used solely to retrieve data on your behalf.
- We do not post, publish, or modify content on any connected platform.
- You may revoke access at any time from within your Synelle workspace or directly through the connected platform's settings.
Your use of connected third-party services is also subject to those platforms' own privacy policies and terms of service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through two methods:
- Self-Service (Recommended): Visit Account Settings → Delete Account & Data within the platform. You will be prompted to confirm the action by typing a confirmation phrase. Upon confirmation, all your leads, tasks, notes, sequences, reports, and branding settings will be permanently and immediately deleted, and your account access will be revoked. This action is irreversible.

We strongly recommend exporting a copy of your data (available in Account Settings) before initiating deletion. Certain data may be retained beyond deletion where required by law, such as billing records or fraud prevention data.
